Voices Of Survivors

Torture symbolizes a cruel exercise of authority and dominance, resulting in the systematic erosion of an individual's sense of self and dignity. Our core objective is to empower survivors by restoring their sense of control and guiding them towards healing. Through the Pathway to Hope initiative, we are facilitating the relocation of up to 100 survivors of torture and their families to Canada. The project is designed to offer a safe refuge for both men and women who have endured torture, continue to face risks due to displacement, lack access to vital medical and psychological support, and struggle to meet basic needs. A comprehensive support program spanning two years is in place, enabling survivors to navigate their recovery journey, with our unwavering commitment to supporting them in achieving their personalized recovery goals.
